Kobato BV is 40 years specialized in the application of wear resistant coating in various industries. With a team of about 20 people we process polyurethane to provide the customer with a suitable solution. Kobato is a stable growing family business with an informal working atmosphere. We pay a lot of attention to the customer, but also to our staff. The assignments we receive are very diverse. Because of this, no day is the same.

What You’ll Do as a Finisher

As a Finisher, you’ll process products manufactured with polyurethane to meet customer-specific requirements. Your tasks will include:

  • Checking Products: Inspect products made with polyurethane for quality. As a Finisher, your attention to detail ensures each product meets our high standards.
  • Polishing Polyurethane: Ensure a smooth finish on all products. The Finisher’s role is crucial in achieving the perfect surface.
  • Assembling Parts: Put together different components accurately. The Finisher ensures that all parts fit together seamlessly.
  • Preparing for Shipment: Get products ready for delivery. The Finisher ensures everything is properly packed and labeled.
  • Logistics: Manage the movement of finished goods efficiently. A Finisher plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
  • Supporting Colleagues: Assist in other departments as needed. A Finisher’s flexibility helps maintain a cohesive work environment.
  • On-Site Processing: Work with polyurethane at customer locations. The Finisher adapts to different settings to provide top-quality service.

Requirements for the Finisher Position

  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • Practical skills and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
  • MBO/VMBO/KMBO education (diploma not required).
  • A valid driver’s license B.
  • Flexibility with work hours.

As a finisher, you are flexible and accurate. You can work well in a team and have problem-solving abilities. In addition, you know how to get to work and have a proactive attitude.
